Sennen Cove is an excellent sandy beach which extends for a mile. It's very popular with families and surfers. Facilities include surf school and shop. Pub, cafes and large car park.

Porthtowan Beach is a sandy beach backed by dunes and flanked by cliffs. Popular with surfers. Facilities include a large car park, cafe, shops and toilets close to the beach.

Porthcurno Beach is a soft and sandy beach with pleasant swimming ideal for the family. Facilities include a restaurant, toilets and parking.

Perranporth Beach. At low tide Perranporth and Penhale sands join together and become the largest stretch of unbroken sand on the North Coast. There are caves rock pools and extensive dunes to explore. Facilities include a cafe, toilets and a car park.

Maenporth Beach is a beautiful sandy cove perfect for the family and offers great views across Falmouth bay towards Pendennis Castle. Facilities include a cafe, car parking and a range of water sport activities.

Kynance Cove is 2 miles from the Lizard. There is a step 10 – 15 minute walk to the cove but is defiantly worth it. Situated just above the beach is an eco friendly cafe.

Gwithian is connect to Godrevy at low tides. Another great sandy beach with rock pools with great sand dunes to explore. Facilities include, cafe and beach shop by the car park.

Godrevy Beach is popular for surfers, families, walkers, nature watchers and those who simply want to sit and admire the view. Facilities include a cafe and a car park.

Fistral Beach is probably one of the best surfing beaches in the UK and Europe, popular with locals and tourists alike. Its long sandy beach is perfect for the whole family. Facilities include, toilets, car parking, restaurants, surf equipment hire and lessons.

Carbis Bay beach is a sheltered sandy beach located one mile from St Ives. This beach rarely get any good surf so is ideal for families with small children. Facilities include deck chair hire, cafe and toilets.
